Cay Sealegs is the young daughter of the 13 Brotherhood member Atlan Sealegs.
Appearance:[]
She is a average size and build, tanned individual, with her long blonde hair flowing down to her waist, and a constant smile on her face. She usually wears some sort of two piece suit, exposing her belly, some sort of light steel toed shoes, and a little white flower, the only thing she has from her past home, that she has in her hair at all times. She also has her hair in a ponytail tied up in a black band when in combat.
Post Beacon, she has preferred a more advanced version of this, wearing a Holowanian Warrior cape, a Blue base and Yellow trim with a large split 1/4 of the way down, with the Nations emblem on it, and a series of vines going down the strips, with Holowana Beauty's on these vines. She also has acquired The Royal Medallion, a silver with Gold decor necklace, with a large gem, with a Dark blue crystal and a Cyan gem in the shape of a wave fused in with it.
Personality:[]
She is usually cheerful, easygoing, but piss her off and she will stop at nothing to grind you to a pulp, especially if you mock her ability to fight. She cares for her Friends and Family, and will go to the ends of the World to keep them safe, as she failed before.
Since her unofficial inauguration as the new leader, she has been constantly fighting, and has multiple times hurt herself not using aura. When questioned about it, she says its nothing to worry about, and proceeds to bandage it up and go at it again.
This has also affected her psyche, causing her to stay awake at night, trying to sleep with the pressures on her.
Backstory:[]
Born as the only child of the Royal family of Holowana, 10 years after the Great War, she was supposed to be a princess, but was more of a tomboy, wanting to be a huntress. At age 11, she was supposed to be crowned as the heiress, but that was the same day that the Islands main defense against grim fell, and the Island nation was destroyed. To save her, her parents froze her in a pillar of ice, as the kingdom burned and only a lucky few survived.
Found around 60-75 years after by The 13 Brotherhood, heartbroken as she walked through the ruins of the capital, and finding on the throne, a small tiara with a single in it. Leaving the Tiara and taking the flower, she donned the flower, and has worn it ever since. Adopted by Atlan Sealegs and taking his last name, she finally got her wish, and 7 years later, had gone through Combat school, got trained by the Brotherhood, and was accepted into Haven Academy. Since then, she has been preparing for her now third year, as she lives her new life.
For a while now, she has also been planning a operation/mission to reclaim the island, by destroying or moving the beacon away and reclaim the throne. She tried to do this before with the Brotherhood, and failed, almost killing them all. Though during this, she managed to acquire the Holowania Royal Medallion, and has since then been learning to control and master these powers.
After a visit to Eiríni, they found the remains of the Holowacans living in a private section of the city, and under a new leader, claiming the throne. After revealing herself, they demanded proof, which she supplied by using the medallion, which the current leader still believed himself to be the leader. As per tradition, these arguments over power are settled over a fight. After a long brutal fight, Cay pulled through, defeating the previous leader, who left soon after, only to be banished when he attempted to kill her. Reorganizing the government to mimic Eirínis system, the council answers to her, but still have the authority over the people.
Since this, she has had the leader role thrust upon her, including the fact that they need a king. Keeping her love life aside, she has been training nonstop, to the point of near death, to prepare for the coming war. The war that if they win, will allow her and her people to reclaim their homeland and her throne.
Weapons: Heartlock and Vengeance[]
Her main weapon is a pair of MC CG-18 Heartlocks, Modified to look more like her homelands Armor. It has a dark brown leather cover over the gauntlets, as well as a less armored appearance, replacing most of it with either gold, steel. or leather. The knuckles are made of a Gold and Steel mix, as well as hydraulics systems, for extra punchy power.
The gauntlets can fire off grapple hooks, Dust razors, and Ao's specially designed Grav bomb, which creates a gravitational pull towards whatever its attatched, similar to Zaryas Gravtion sphere, but less powerful, perfect for disarming enemies or a distraction.
Her secondary weapon is Vengeance, a large Bo Staff that can be collapsed. With the ability to deploy a large blade with razor prongs surrounding it on either side, she uses it as her primary weapon post timeskip, with her gauntlets taking more of a supportive role.
Her tertiary/equipment is Spritz, a pair of small machines that use fire and ice dust to create water on demand. These can produce 1 gallon every 10 seconds, allowing her to use her semblance to control it. They can at maximum produce 30 gallons before reloading.
Semblance: Hydromancy[]
Her semblance, Hydromancy, allows her to control any liquid, but prefers water as its the easiest to control. Using this, she can use about 2 gallons from her Spritz tanks to amplify her punches and attack powers, making them hit with the force of a powerful wave, as well as form a wall to block attacks, cushion falls or blows, or slow down bullets. During her control, the water will become much more dense, allowing her to make them act like a solid object, but is still able to be passed through, but the more dense she makes it, by adding water, the more it weighs and as such can create chains of water.. Her limitation is the amount she can control, up to about a small watertower, anything larger will strain her.
For example, when they faced against a Sea dragon and also when she inadvertedly activated her Medallion and the power inside it, she used the water as a chain, holding it down while the others killed it, after which she fell to the ground, exhausted from the amount she controlled and trying to hold its shape against the dragons resistance.
After acquiring the medallion, she has learned to control its powers, able to control larger bodies of water and create various water clones, walk on water, and summon waves and water weapons to fight. Though the more of these actions she does, the larger the strain on her. At her current state, she can go about 20 minutes of her highest power before collapsing into unconsciousness.
Fighting style:[]
She uses a mixture of Terras, Pyrus, Cryus, and Aqus, each focusing on Brute strength, High speed close up damage, Defensive measures, and Blocking strikes, respectively. She molds them with the Holowanican royal Guards and has mastered its fighting style, which takes parts of multiple Martial arts, all of which she has learned. This includes; Jeet Kune Do, Muay thai (Her most commonly used one, since it fights weapons), Krav Maga, both normal and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Kapu Kuialua, which is what most Royal guards are trained with.
She first attempts to find the enemies weak spot, then tries to wear them down to make an opening, using her water to strike them and defend. her dust razors keep the enemy on the edge, and if they get close, she can use her water to blast them away(the Spritz water, no pregnancy jokes)
With her bo staff, she uses both swinging and stabbing movements, as well as using its blades to block attacks, replying to them with her own. If she has no other options or need to end the fight quickly, she can activate her medallion, which not only regenerated her aura as she uses it, but also gives her a more powerful control over water and her semblance, making her harder to fight. This form does tax her as it is hard to keep this up, not knowing how to keep it up without taxing herself.
