Ceri Dianus in a graduate from the Echeleon Combat School in the kingdom of Atlas. She was considered a born leader, due to the fact she had helped a large number of people in her combat school's batch to better themselves in combat. This earned her the Title "Vyssiní Strati̱gós". The only downside was her anger issues, which often grown from the stress from the attempts to help her batch in combat, and some of the batch students' incompetence.

Appearance[]

Ceri's appearance is that of a beautiful, fair skinned girl on her adolescence. She has red hair, reaching down to just below her shoulder, and somewhat white eyes.

Primary Uniform/Outfit[]

Ceri wears a jacket identical to the DC Comics character, Guy Gardner (pre-Flashpoint/New 52). The jacket is black overall with red lining. She wears shorts, which has its length down to just above the knees. Along with that, she also wears the combat boots and knee-pads utilized in more combat-designed suits, with both the boots and pads having a red lining.

Beacon Academy Uniform[]

Ceri wears the standard Beacon Academy uniform, with knee-socks.

Nightwear[]

Her nightwear would simply consist of a black tank top and a black pair of short shorts.

Personality[]

Ceri's personality does not fall short from being a quirky yet serious person. Though she wishes to be more open and social, she tends to snap back with her stern view on things and ends up acting like a military leader when needed. Getting on her bad side would only lead to injury, due to her stresses and incidents in the past. A few people would say her anger, when she doesn't get the results she expects or wants, would be unmatched unlike any other. This rage would sometimes be useful in combat situations, and could even cut down time in-battle as fast as she could.

Weapons and Abilities[]

Abilities[]

In Atlas, due to it being a large kingdom with a large military at it's back, people who would attend combat schools and unversities similar to Beacon are expected to be the best in what they can do. For Ceri, she had trained almost more than anyone else over her time in such schools. By the time she was at her final year in her combat school, she was one of the fiercest combatants in her batch. Over the time, she had gained skill and prowess on handling her weapon, the "Torques Laceratione". If she must fight fairly, she will, but she isn't afraid to fight dirty when her opponent does it first.

Her semblance, which she would like to call Berserk, is triggered through her anger. It would basically enchance her speed, strength and senses for a short time. Ceri considers this as a last resort for her, so she tends to try obliterate her opponent while using her semblance. When it wears off, Ceri would be easily fatigued, putting her out of combat and in need of rest. It is also known that her aura is red.

Outside of combat, she also has a keen knowledge on technology. This has been gained from her time in Atlas, constantly modifying her weapon into her view of "one of the most dangerous weapons". Alongside this is her know-abouts on tactics and strategy, which was remarkably helpful during the team-based Tournament she participated in during her time in Atlas.

Weapon[]

Her weapon, the Concealed Whip-Blade System (CWBS), was designed and hand-crafted by Ceri herself. She dubbed it the "Torques Laceratione" due to it's aggressive design and workability. The earliest variant of this weapon was when she first obtained a simple katana with a detachable blade that is held onto the hilt by a strong cable. Over the years of her ownership of this weapon, she added more modifications on it, replacing the standard blade with segmented metal, changing the overall design, increasing it's conceability by having the blades "fold" itself to a smaller length, and increasing the cable's length and decreasing the cable's thickness. It is also noted that the weapon has no cabalities of utilizing dust at the current time.

Currently, the weapon is a longsword, capable of folding itself down into length of a long Elvish Dagger from Lord of the Rings, which would specifically be the dagger known as Sting. The hilt is large enough to be held with two hands, and has the length that is similar to a greatsword's hilt. When the weapon is not concealed and fully deployed, the length of the sword goes to the length of 36 inches. As a sword, the weapon is already as deadly as it looks. The cross-guard of the weapon similarly resembles Ceri's symbol.

When it is deployed into it's whip-blade form, which can be done so from a simple button on the weapon's hilt, twenty short metal segments (ten on each side of the blade) separate and leaves a 5-inch sharp edge of the blade on the tip. It's deployment to that mode creates an effect of it launching off, which can enable the user to impale a target from a range by simply pointing the weapon towards said target and pressing the button. The length of the weapon at this form goes up to 150 inches. This form is held by a thin, strong cable concealed into the weapon's hilt. At this form, the user can perform whip-like attacks and deal astonishing damage to it's target. The 20 metal segments acts as small hooks to deal cuts against targets while the tip would be able to impale targets when given such force.

History[]

Ceri was born in the Kingdom of Atlas. Her father was an engineer and weapons designer in the Atlesian Military, and her mother was a huntress who graduated from the academy in Atlas. Unlike her daughter, Ceri's mother specialized in the use of dust in combat. At a young age, Ceri was accepted into the Echeleon Combat School under her mother's tutelage. When not in class, the two would practice together so that her mother can ensure that she will be ready. At the time, under guidance from her father, she created her own weapon, which was a simple katana that could launch off and turn into a long flail, with the katana blade at the end of the cable.

Over the years, Ceri became an adept and skilled combatant. Alongside with that, she had continued to modify and upgrade her weapon to something more aggressive and intimidating. Soon, her mother had already thought her all she knew, minus the dust handling, since Ceri decided not to use dust in combat. Her mother helping Ceri to have her where she is now inspired her to help her own batch to become better combatants. However, she was not 100% prepared for this. Due to the sometimes lack of cooperation and incompetence of some of her batch-mates, and the fact that she had done this for months, she would gain a lot of stress from that. Though she tries to keep her cool, all of this coming down onto her made a part of her crack, which made her have a very short temper and less tolerance.

Soon, the batchmates she were helping began to simmer down smoothly, becoming more competent and cooperative to her attempts to tutor them. As a final test to see if it was effective, the students who were given tutelage by Ceri all went and participated into a team-based tournament in Atlas, that invited numerous schools from the other three kingdoms. At the tournament, the top 5 teams were mostly from Echeleon Combat School, and to be more specific, the top 5 teams were composed of people who were given help by Ceri.

Soon, many of them, including Ceri, graduated in flying colors. They, all together, became skilled and dangerous combatants, all with the intent of becoming huntsmen and huntresses. She was one of the few who were invited to Beacon Academy, where she gladly accepted. However, this means that at the current time, she is still short-tempered from the months of stress on her attempt to reach out to the other people in her batch.
