Appearance[]
Lily's outfit sketch
Lily is a girl of average height and weight with voluminous blond hair that stops halfway down her back. She has a fair complextion, and emerald green eyes.
Lily dresses rather dark compared to most people. She wears a sleeveless one piece dark violet dress that goes down to her knees. The bottom of the dress is cut diagonally from the right to left (As seen in the image), and there is a design of tears along the bottom (think like a witch). On the dress's left hip is her emblem, a black hexagonal spiderweb. A little under the dress's breast area, is a brooch in the shape of a black widow spider.
On her arms, Lily wears a pair of long black gloves that almost reach her shoulders. And on her lower body, she wears grey leggings and a pair of black boots almost as high as her knees. In her hair she wears a simple black headband, and on her neck is a black choker with a bow.
Personality[]
On most occasions, Lily can be a little bit dark. She gives off comments here and there that can seem negative, whenever someone is talking to her, although it's just here being a realist. She is quite an introvert, and prefers to be alone in; she prefers the company of her pet tarantula over most people.
Getting passed her darkside, Lily is a nice person but hardly laughs or smiles. She'll only go as far as a slight grin to show her satisfaction, or friendliness to someone else.
Lily is also pretty smart, always calculating her next move in battle and prefering not to underestimate her opponents. She's also one of those people who isn't very fond of rumors, always distrusting them, seeing how they can get out of hand. When it comes to certain information like that, Lily prefers to hear it from the horse's mouth than from random voices in the hallway; she's not one who judges others before getting an idea of what they're like.

Simple reference for Lily's mace
When in battle, Lily uses a steel mace with a Garnet Dust Crystal (slightly altered Fire Dust for coloration) at the bottom of the handle. By using the Dust, she can conjure fire elemental attacks, that appear as black as shadows. She's more of a support type fighter and prefers to have some distance between herself and foes, although Lily can bash heads of opponents when they get too close to her. She can also set her weapon ablaze to increase damage dealt.
Basic Abilities: She's a novice in medicine, mainly herbal remedies. Her best skills include intelligence, by coming up with strategy, and above average stamina. She's more of a supportive fighter, using her skills to delay enemies while an allie finishes them off.
Weaknesses: She's not all that great in the power department, and isn't very fast. Psychologically, she has a fear of being useless.
Aura and Semblance[]
Lily's Aura is onyx in color and provides minimal self defense and healing.
Her Semblance is called "Widow's Snare" and is a supportive type ability, that focuses on delaying an opponents actions and movements through a web-like glyph she summons.
She can use it as a trap, that when stepped on will hinder an enemies movement. Walking ontop of the glyph immitates the sensation one would have when trudging through a marsh, or just stepping on a very sticky floor. This effect is great for slowing down enemies pursuing her, or keep herself and allies in place in case of a powerful knockback.
She can even combine her Semblance with Dust to: set the glyph of hers ablaze (Fire), shock opponents with electricity (Lightning), make the floor slippery (Water/Ice), draws enemies inward (Gravity), or used it as a spring to add to her jumping ability (Wind).
The most obvious weakness to this ability is that as long as the user doesn't set foot ontop of the glyph, they won't be subjected to its effects. Otherwise, Lily mostly focuses on using one at a time, but her max is two. Because the glyph is used as a means to help slow enemies down, she will often leave it active after initially slowing an enemy; it doesn't take much concentration on her end to keep it active necessarily, but the effects will get weaker as Lily gets further away from her glyph.
About half a yard of distance is all that she can manage until the glyph dissipates and becomes useless. Even then, she may decide to end its effects early on, knowing that without seeing her pursuer it would be hard to gauge whether or not they were still inside of her trap.
Arachnophobia[]
Lily's signature move, used mostly for a finishing blow. First Lily will use her Semblance to trap her opponent in place. She'll then set the web up in a blaze causing minimal damage. And finally she'll use her Dust crystal to create a grande flame, in the shape of a spider, and sends it at the opponent, causing an explosive blast.
Backstory[]
As Lily grew up in the Dunstan Clan, she was one to bring happiness and sunshine into the lives of all her relatives. The cheerful attitude was a big help and inspiration to for everyone to keep working in their Clan's Dust Quarry. At around the age of 7, Lily wanted to try and help her family out a bit more, so her older sister, and best friend, Emily asked her to bring snacks and refreshments to their family when they were on break. She herself knew it wasn't much, but Lily enjoyed doing something to help, and so did everyone else.
This became a regular routine for Lily and Emily, until a year later in the rainy season. Due to the water around the quarry, mining became more of a dangerous task. The Dunstan Clan had decided to continue digging, as long as they remained cautious. The girls did their part as well, but it wasn't long until a fatal accident had happened. In a higher level of the quarry, someone had slipped on the wet ground, their equipment striking the rocky wall hard, which caused a rockslide. Emily and Lily were right under the worker, and were in grave danger. None of the adults were quick enough to react to the situation, but Emily was; she pushed her younger sister out of the way, so only she would get burried.
This sacrifice, had affected Lily the most out of the whole clan; she had lost a close relative and friend that day. All the joy had been completely sucked out of her soul. As the years went by, Lily had fallen into a great depression. She felt weak and helpless and that her sisters death was her fault. Something had to change, is what she thought. At the age of 12, she started to train under her aunt, an experienced Huntress, in medicine and basic combat and learned about her Semblance at 15. Lily was then to be enrolled at Beacon Academy when she turned 17, where she could better her training. Lily figured that if she improved her abilities, she wouldn't be such a burden to everyone.

After the fall of the school, Lily has returned home for some time to recover on the events that transpired on that day.
Relationships[]
Olive Oakwood: At times, Lily finds Olive to be quite bothersome. Whether it's trying to discuss her love life, or being a part of her magic act, Lily doesn't want to be included, period. Though, the both of them manage to get along at times, but dealing with Olive can be a bit tiresome.
Yori Lloyd: Lily is smart enough to see beyond Yori's bad reputation and judge him for who he actually is, rather than what she heard about him. She finds him to be a great leader and trusted friend.
Damek Dunstan: Currently as of now, these two are cousins born of the same clan. Either it was fate, or luck, these two have been assigned to the same team after initiation. Either way, Lily is very fond of her cousin, though she does feel that he can over-do things a bit too often.
Team AMBR: As fellow students, they do share classes together, but are more than mere aquaintances. Lily has been helped and has helped the team in many aspects, such as certain missions, or helping Amy Thysteine find a good book to read.

- A lily (rather lilium) is a flower that often come in many bright colors.
- More specifically, her color reference is a Calla Lily hybrid, which come in shades of light and dark purple.
- Her last name Dunstan come from the old English element dun "dark" and stan "stone".
- Damson is a dark shade of purple, and also a type of plum.
- Lily's theme Song For Friends is from the Anime Little Busters!, being the instrumental version (though might change it to the vocal version instead. Either way same song).
- Lily is the second character I created who uses fire Dust with a color alteration (the first would be Blaine Azuria).
- Through the powers of MS paint, Lily's emblem is a basic hexagonal spiderweb, representing her like of spiders, Semblance, and signature move. Current place it appears is on the left hip of her dress.
- Lily owns a pet tarantula named Silk.

- You can think of her as a wtich; most people do due to her birthday, and how she dresses. In all honesty, she just likes the styling.
