The Patched are a highly cohesive cabal of criminal specialists commanded by Decadere Diaboli. Operating primarily within the borders of Mistral's capital city, they exist under the guise of a network of street gangs and smugglers, and maintain a firm stranglehold over Mistral's illegal drug trade.

Specialisation - Control
Diaboli is the brains behind the entire operation, and without him the group would quickly fall apart. Under his leadership, the Patched have grown from a gang of thieves to a sprawling network of puppeted mobs and corrupt officials, all while keeping the inner machinations of the operation a closely guarded secret. His methods are so secretive, in fact, that in many cases members of the puppeted gangs are not even aware that he is in control, or even who he is.
His recent rise in prominence has accelerated his schemes, and he currently works to mastermind the downfall of Mistral's most established criminal organisations.
Veneni Sitis[]
Specialisation - Enforcer
Veneni was once Diaboli's right-hand man, but after a series of betrayals the two's relationship has been brought to the breaking point. After a failed coup by Veneni, the two old friends have joined forces once again - though the hitman's loyalty is maintained only through substantial personal sacrifice on Diaboli's part. Currently, Veneni operates on a need-to-use basis by Diaboli, who only calls upon his most deadly associate when it is of the utmost urgency or importance.
Blanc Claymoore[]
Specialisation - Organisation
Blanc is Diaboli's second lieutenant, and after a debilitating injury in the field currently serves in a support role. She assists Diaboli in the day-to-day management of his network, and keeps the mastermind up-to-date on the latest news about the outside world.
Hector Mettal[]
Specialisation - Warfare
While only an honourary member of the Patched, Hector has worked as Diaboli's personal bodyguard on numerous occasions in situations which require his particular talents. The two have worked to topple some major criminal networks together, and Hector has been paid handsomely every time. However, after a brief conflict with the Nine Dragons of Vale, acquiring the mercenary's services has become more difficult. Beyond serving as a mere gun-for-hire, Hector is an excellent battlefield commander with a contact list even greater than Diaboli's. With sufficient funding, it is likely that the Masked Contractor - or Naraka, as he is known in Mistral - could gather a fighting force greater than any PMC or paramilitary group currently operating in Remnant.
Dr. Alexander Nobel M.D (Disgraced)[]
Specialisation - Research & Development
Alexander is in charge of the Patched's entire drug operation in Vale and is Diaboli's third lieutenant. He is one of the group's main money-makers, and so Diaboli is quick to reward him greatly for his work with money to keep his fiancee alive. Alexander is responsible for the rising consumption and popularity of the recreational drugs supplied by the Patched after the Fall of Beacon, especially the chemicals Grin, Revival, and Darkening, making profits for the group and further funding their rapid expansion underground. He is also in charge of keeping the police in the dark about the group's operations.
Alexander was on a brief visit to Mistral when Diaboli was betrayed by Smiler. His current motives, allegiances, and whereabouts are unknown to him, but Diaboli expects he will remain loyal to his cause, as his new second-in-command. However due to recent events, he has betrayed his boss by partaking in missions without his knowledge and has endangered Blanc, Thus he has been removed from the organization.
Tragoedia[]
Specialisation - Security
Tragoedia is Diaboli's greatest soldier, and in terms of sheer power he is completely unmatched within the organisation. Diaboli often brings Tragoedia along with him when visiting dangerous areas or to instill fear in a group of people. As the A.I. continues to grow in intelligence, Diaboli suspects he will be able to send the robot on independent missions in the near future.
Lady Chryssa[]
Specialisation - Intelligence
A recent addition to the Cabal, the mysterious Lady Chryssa maintains The Patched's network of spies and informants across Mistral and beyond. Besides that, the extent of her involvement remains a closely guarded secret.
Sindri[]
Specialisation - Discipline
Besides Tragoedia, Sindri is Diaboli's most loyal servant. Motivated by cultist fanaticism, Sindri leads the Chosen M.C. in Diaboli's name and maintains The Patched's ground operations. His work revolves primarily around protecting convoys and guarding locations of interest, as well as punishing vassals who step out of line.
